Eskenazi Health is one of America's largest essential health systems, providing care through more than 1 million outpatient visits each year. We're one of the leading health care providers in Central Indiana, with physicians of the Indiana University School of Medicine providing a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services within our 333-bed inpatient facilities as well as a network of community health centers located throughout Indianapolis.
Eskenazi Health is home to the first Level I trauma center in Indiana and the region's first adult burn center, the Richard M. Fairbanks Burn Center at Eskenazi Health. Accredited by The Joint Commission, Eskenazi Health has nationally recognized programs, including Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center, the first community mental health center in Indiana. Eskenazi Health is the sponsoring hospital for Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services, the city's primary EMS provider.
