This Opus can be heard from coast to coast. Opus Corporation provides design, engineering, and construction services for commercial property developments throughout the US and Canada. Through subsidiaries including Opus West, Opus South, and Opus North, the group has expertise in office, retail, industrial, multifamily residential, institutional, and education projects. Opus Property Services manages some 30 million sq. ft. of real estate on its own behalf and for third-party owners. Altogether, Opus Corporation has more than 20 offices throughout the US and another in Toronto. Gerald Rauenhorst founded the company -- which his family still controls -- as Rauenhorst Construction in 1953.
