Hub International is an insurance broker that provides property/casualty, employee benefits, risk management, life and health, reinsurance, and investment products and services in the US and Canada. Hub is licensed in every state and all Canadian provinces. It operates more than 450 offices under its decentralized regional hubs and satellite offices structure. The acquisitive firm focuses on mid-sized commercial clients and affluent individuals. The US accounts for two-thirds of its revenues. Hub is also able to facilitate cross-border business between the US and Mexico. Private equity firm Hellman and Friedman acquired Hub in the Fall of 2013.
