    Pros

You have the opportunity to make a real impact, and to grow your career here - regardless of what level you're at now. As a Canadian employee, benefits and salary are competitive for similar tech roles, with considerable upside opportunity for growth.

    Cons

Still a relatively young company, and there are some growing pains as we continue to expand, including needed maturity of processes, increasing global perspectives and employee engagement outside of main office hubs / locations. As a whole, we need to get better at engaging with a global workforce. These are normal maturation steps, and ones that are clearly being considered and acted upon.

    Advice to Management

Consider your growing global workforce. Look for ways to tap into employee capabilities & contributions from all regions and locations, and force teams to challenge the status quo of overly relying on in-person collaboration in SF and Seattle.

The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at DocuSign in November 2017.

    Interview
