I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cimpl (Lachine, QC) in January-2013.
Two interviews, Behavioural and Technical Questions. Took 5+ weeks. Both have mix of Technical and Behavioural Questions, speak about past experience and testing software engineering aptitude. Had to write software programs on white board and explain logic as well as run through test cases with my code. Know the languages you have on your resume really well as you are expected to code in all languages you say you are proficient in.
