Refocus on new product and rebranding to Cimpl means that the company is on the brink of tremendous growth. Recent changes in management mean that the company is in a better place to work together and serve their customers. Office location is far from downtown.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cimpl.
There was a screening phone call and I was required to do a remote development test provided by a third-party company.
After that, I was interviewed by two developers from the same team I would work with. The questions were fair and relevant to my experience. There was no trick or catch-22.
