Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to contact prospective clients, explain our real estate offerings, generate qualified leads, and schedule site visits for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided databases
• Explain property/project details, pricing, and offers clearly
• Generate and qualify leads, and maintain a follow-up pipeline
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th pass / High school diploma (Graduate preferred)
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)

Experience:

• 0–2 years in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers may apply)
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is a strong plus
• Proficient in Hindi and Punjabi languages
