The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure has a broad mandate and is committed to maintaining and improving New Brunswick’s public infrastructure throughout the more than 18,000 kilometers of provincial highway and over 5400 bridges and large culverts we care for. Engineer 5:

Engineer 4:
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.
Asset Qualifications:
Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate the following assets:
Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.
The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure offers:
Relocation Costs will be considered.
SALARY:
Engineer 5: $3,623.13 to $4,725.32 bi-weekly, based on a 36.25 hours per week.
Based on Operational Requirements, hours may be designated to:
Engineer 4: $3,371.89 to $4,397.74 bi-weekly, based on a 36.25 hours per week.

Recognition and Retention Premium:
The recognition and retention premium is based on written confirmation of recognition and registration with a Canadian Regulatory body.
Twenty (20) years but less than twenty-five (25) years – 2.0%
Twenty-five (25) years – 3.0%
