Interviewed 1 on 1 with owner if the company, he already knew me because he my boss at the time and they shared information about me already, he was presented with my yearly evaluation that was signed by a government evaluator. It was a very friendly interview. I was asked immediately to schedule my interview.

Basic experience related to jobs,they knew me already so it was pretty simple, I had 5 years with another driving school and the owners knew each other. So the questions related to my years of experience and evaluations where accessible in writing already.
