The interview process is interesting because they do not ask for references for most entry level positions, which has its positives, but also requires a lot of convincing and explanation as to why you are deserving of the role.

I had three interview rounds: first a phone interview with HR, followed by a second interview with the design director, and a final Skype interview with the project manager, design director, and HR. All interviews went well and the conversations were very positive. I was told I would receive feedback within two weeks, but I did not hear back. I sent a follow-up email asking for an update, but did not receive a response to that either. The interview experience itself was professional and engaging, but the lack of communication afterward was disappointing.
