It’s pretty much like a normal interview. They ask the general questions however look for someone that’s self driven, someone that wants to earn bonus and never settles for less.

Applied online. Had a phone interview a few days later. Friendly guy who conducted it but you could hear the sales patter. Was very honest about what the job entailed and the hours. Was then invited to an in person interview. I find the hours they expect people to work are not necessary. I also identified huge security risks in some of their processes which I think would put a manager at risk. It seemed to be more of a glorified sales exec role.
