Interview
The interview process went well. It involved discussions with each member of the Executive Management team. They did well at making you feel comfortable and relaxed, taking away the nervous feeling. Each discussion lasted about 30 minutes in length and were very thorough. They were most concerned about 'fit' within the current environment.
