Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that we are a multinational company, and one of our recruitment hubs is based in Colombia. The recruiter you spoke with is responsible for the initial prescreening of applicants and guiding them through the next steps of the process. All hiring managers from our clients, however, are based in the USA.
Once a candidate’s application is submitted for review, if they are preselected, the hiring manager provides their availability for an interview. At that point, we coordinate with the candidate to schedule the interview at a mutually convenient time. We apologize if there was any miscommunication during this process and appreciate your patience.
