Its a lengthy process over there, I had to wait for about 5 hours to complete the interview.
There are 3 rounds of interview, 1 Telephonic which was done prior the interview was scheduled in the campus, 2 Written test which includes a lot of letter writing and self SWOT, 3 F2F with the HR managers.

Questions where mostly about the JD, expectations, and the past work done.
Most of the ques asked to me where on my graduation project rather than on my post graduation.

Interview
Aptitude test+interview. The test had technical based MCQs as well as aptitude based MCQs. The shortlist was based on the test and not very dependent on the previous academic performance. After the PIs it took two days for them to process and announce the results in the campus
