Applied online, got an invitation to leave voice recording answers of questions, then scheduled a phone interview, asked to email accomplishment, did a cognitive test, did a zoom meeting, asked to do essay and meeting with executives and they really drag this along.

Question 1
They ask dumb questions such as what do they do, cal yo make 200 calls a day (later changed to 300), selling a pen, selling vacation, personality strengths and weaknesses and if they have hard wire internet etc. It's straight forward.
