Several rounds with various colleagues at different stages. Including a case study where you were given some specific case studies from recent projects they had put out to test how you would approach each of those situations. There would have been a hands on LEGO task but it was done remotely.
I applied online. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
Incredibly friendly, professional and well conducted. It was a great process overall, and communication throughout each stage was extremely clear and open. It was such a refreshing change from some interview schemes which are the complete opposite! Lego lives up to it's philosophies even during the hiring phase :)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group
Interview
It was a three stage interview process: one with the talent manager, another with two members of the team and a third with a task and 4 colleagues including the TM and someone in leadership. It was a fairly simple process. The talent manager came across as harsh and abrupt so that made worry about the what it would be like working there. However once I got the job, I had a very warm welcome.
