It was a smooth process. I was given the details required before each interview. The interviewers were all kind and made me feel comfortable. The final interview involved a case study, the brief for which I was given a week in advance. The LEGO recruiter I was in touch with was also always available for questions and even gave valuable prep suggestions. Overall the interview process lasted about 4 weeks, and even though there were detailed and tough questions on a variety of subjects, the process felt quite smooth.
