Step 1- one hours of Managerial discussion Step 2 - Use case design and presentation followed by questions from panel with use case design approach. Step 3- HR discussion and offer release.

Interview
I went on a "coffee date" with a manager and had an open conversation about the LEGO journey and talked a bit about myself. Then following on with 2 more concrete meetings and met some other future colleagues, The process was overall a very positive experience for me, A few pleasant talks with some genuinely interested people.
