Interview process was organized and thorough. HR team was clear with the steps of the interview process at the onset. Had the chance to meet with several key people on the team during the process which gave me a good grasp on the organization & role.

The interview process consisted of 3 interview rounds. The first 2 interviews were individual interviews with LEGO Sales leaders. The third interview was a short presentation to an interview panel committee.

Very good organization, atmosphere during the meeting, clear steps, good communication, substantive questions. I received answer for my question about structure, rules in company etc. Interview with HR Partner, Sales Manager and GM.
