I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Sydney) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter. We had a long conversation about the role and responsibilities. I was then put forward and spoke to HR about expectations, general LEGO life. I Met with 2 Marketing staff in the Sydney office which was fantastic and then had my final interview via zoom. Overall the process was smooth and quick! I had several emails from HR/others wishing me luck for the next round and how excited they are to see me progress.

I applied online. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Enfield, CT)
Interview
They had me build something out of Legos to start with, from scratch, explain what it meant to me, and how it could sort of symbolize what I'll bring to the job. It was very unique.
From there, it was very low pressure. The interviewer was very warm and it felt more like a conversation than just a lot of questions being thrown my way. I don't think I had enough experience yet for the job, but even if that was noticed by the interviewer, he was curious and interested in what I had to say anyway, so that helped me to be less nervous.
