First, I want to apologize for your experience. There is never a reason you should be left hanging without a response for so long. In our manager roles, we like to make sure that different levels of the team are able to interact with each candidate and we work to cap this to a maximum of 3 interviews. Again, we should have been in touch with you once a decision had been made.
We will make sure we keep a tighter communication commitment in all of our future recruiting efforts. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on our interview process. It is the only way we can improve.
