There were two behavioral interviews, followed by a round of scenario-based conversations. They wanted to see how well you managed a difficult interaction between yourself and the prospect. They provided examples of other successful candidates before hand to give you a better idea of the kinds of conversations you were likely to have.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked an ambiguous question to see whether or not you would ask for more insight, basically to gauge your level of curiosity.
There were 3 stages, and I went through all of them. However, after the final stage, they didn't even write a brief note indicating that they had chosen another candidate or something similar, despite the interviewer's promise to provide feedback. This says a lot about the company's culture, integrity, and attitude towards candidates (and presumably employees) when they are no longer needed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at sMedia in Sep 2022
Interview
Interview process was smooth. Conducted via Zoom. Interviewer was pleasant and fair. They were upfront and straightforward. Allowed me to ask questions as well. Answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction.
