I gave this interview via university, The process was simple, there was only one interview round and shortlisting was done as per the resume and projects. They asked basic questions of PHP, javascript, system design and security.
Easy process but difficult selection critieria. Out of thousands they select one or two. So, until one is very very skilled in related tools, one can not be selected easily.
