The interview process was efficient in terms of scheduling — all three rounds (written test on Singapore patent practice, team lead interview on current role experience, and founder interview on salary expectations) were completed on the same day. The team lead asked relevant, experience-focused questions.
Cons:
Despite investing a full day and completing all rounds, the company never got back to me with any result — positive or negative. While silence typically implies rejection, a basic courtesy update or even a short rejection email would have been professional. This lack of follow-up reflects poorly on their respect for candidates' time.
