I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at osapiens (Madrid) in Jul 2026
Interview
I applied for the Senior Full-Stack Developer role at osapiens. The process started with an HR screening interview, where we talked about my background, motivations, and expectations. After that, I completed a technical take-home challenge involving React/MobX bug fixes and a backend feature in TypeScript with Jest tests. Unfortunately, I didn’t move forward after that stage — I got feedback that I wasn’t selected. It was still a good experience overall, and I learned from the process

Question 1
The details I have are only what was captured in that conversation: fixing bugs in a React/MobX codebase, plus implementing a backend feature in TypeScript with Jest tests. There’s no record of the exact prompt/task description or specific bug details beyond that summary.
If you remember more specifics (what the bug actually was, what the backend feature needed to do), tell me and I can help you write it up properly — otherwise I only have that general framing to work with.
The HR was incredibly friendly and supportive, making the onboarding process smooth and comfortable. They clearly explained each company step, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt confident and welcomed.

The key question was about my approach to solving complex technical tasks and teamwork
4 months, and ghosted. I started the interview process in December 2024 and had many rounds. I visited the office for an interview, and they sent me an email telling me that all interviewers were positive and that we were working on some logistics. After that, they informed me I needed to speak with the CEO of the company. However, the CEO did not appear in the meeting, and I received no emails after that point—not even a simple rejection. RUN AWAY, guys.
