Also, we do ask each final interview to do a 5 slide max presentation about why you feel like you would be a good fit for recruiting and nexus IT group. We do not ask you to present on "why you deserve to work for us". Our entry-level recruiting salary is $40,000. We provide ourselves in our above industry standard commission and bonus structure. We are a pay for performance organization which is not a fit for everyone. We will work to improve our redudant interview questions. Thank you again.
