I got connected with their HR manager through a person who worked there. They found my profile interesting and ran an interview with the first team, then decided I wasn’t a match. After that, an interview with a second team followed. We spoke once about the job in general, and then had a “shadowing" session where I could see what my potential boss does on a daily basis. Eventually I decided it’s not my cup of tea because of the nature of the job. But every one was very friendly and transparent along the way.
