Hello. Thank you for your feedback- it is important to help us to continue to grow. I would like to share our best practices when it comes to communicating feedback following an interview. We do choose to send an email rather than a phone call, as we find these phone calls to be uncomfortable and sometimes awkward for the applicant- no matter how we address the situation. We decided as a result to respond via email. We will look at this practice again however and determine if any changes should be made as a result of any additional feedback we have received. I am not on Glassdoor too often so I am just now getting to respond to your post. My sincere apologies if you felt in any way neglected or unhappy. That is never our intent. I wish you the best.
