I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at monday.com
Interview
It was a smooth process. HR provided a short doc on how the process would go, and it mostly did play out that way.
Couple of things:
- I did expect to only have one person to be joining for the task stage, but two people ended up being there.
- After being requested to supply referee's details, I felt like I sat in limbo for a while.
- There wasn't much feedback shared, I only knew I was successful as I kept moving along through the process.
- But above all else, everyone I met spoke openly and were generous with their time!
