I submitted my application, and the recruiter called me twice. On both occasions, however, they addressed me by a different name, which raised concerns about the level of attention given to my application. After those conversations, a third face-to-face meeting was proposed. I promptly provided several timeslots for my availability, but after doing so, the recruiter stopped responding altogether. Instead of receiving any follow-up regarding the proposed meeting, I was ultimately sent not one, but four separate rejection emails for the position. The overall experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, particularly given the repeated confusion regarding my identity, the lack of communication after requesting my availability, and the multiple duplicate rejection notices
