Interview
Initial phone screen, followed by a call with your to be sales manager and recruiter. They discuss the role and ask you about your experience. They also ask, “what has a sales manager taught you in the past”
Very fast but they take the time to know you and see if you are the perfect match for the company, they always inform you in what step of the process you are

Interview
I had one interview with two people in person, and one remote interview with a director. Both interviews were around 30 minutes. It was fine, and the whole process took about two weeks. Once you accept your offer, you sign some paperwork online and take a drug test.
PSA: there is a drug test, but they do NOT test for marijuana.
