HR round Case study Interview with CEO After I completed the case study, I got positive feedback and continued with the next round which was CEO meeting. It went well, but after that I got a rejection call. The reason was my location. Even though the position was remote and I stated my location/preferred location at the beginning it was disappointing to hear this as a reason.

The online reviews about the company culture seem to be evident while talking to the CEO. Highly refrain from applying or joining here! The interview process is one of the worst I have ever come across. The kind of case study they provide takes up to 3 days and tests your business competence. However, the following round with the CEO mentions the role to be more technically inclined. Additionally, the case study results/feedback is not discussed even once in the following round. The HR chooses to call you during your working hours instead of a formal email to check availability. They waste 2-3 weeks of your time by rescheduling interviews and in the end, leave you with no offer stating that the desired salary was too high (which was not a problem when discussed during the first call itself).
