Application online with salary expectation and other typical items. Got a call for a video interview. At the video interview where I was told I was a wild card and not actually fit for the job but they thought they would interview me anyway. Then was told that I should read the job description more carefully so I wouldn’t be put through to interview without the appropriate experience for the job. Overall, wasn’t a good experience as they knew what I had to offer but still decided to interview and then tell me I wasn’t expeirenced enough and lacked many of the required qualities.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at innocent in Mar 2025
Interview
The process handled very amateurish.
There was two people in the interview and both of them wasn’t from HR department, the interview managed by the position manager and this person’s manager. One of them was just on the screen, he wasn’t even commenting or listening.
It was very clear that both of the managers didn’t have recruitment experience, it was like a reading questions from the book and adding ticks next to. I think someone from HR should be involved if there is no one understand about the recruitment.
I’ve been told that they’ll let me know in couple of weeks but I haven’t heard from them at all even I’ve sent an email to follow up regarding the process.
In my opinion, there should definitely be information email even the candidate is not going through the other steps.
It was very poor interview experience.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at innocent (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
1st stage Skype interview, 2nd stage face to face interview.
The company did not bother to feedback afterwards, despite me emailing twice to chase up. Not a good impression really...
