I was contacted by a recruiter and screened for the initial interview. The first interviewer was the hiring manager. The interview mainly focused on past work histories and some historical background on the position. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable on the BIDS, .Net and relational databases. The second interview was with the Systems Architect. There were 10 questions mainly dealing with business intelligence and OLAP development.
