      It was a single stage informal chat about my experiences with my soon to be manager and lead QA, whom I would be closely working with. The CTO was also there and they all was welcoming and also was part of the conversation and not just one sided. It isn't a long process and it made it a lot simpler to decide if it was for me or not.
