iSIGHT interview questions

Very easy, straight-forward, quick. I had my interview with the hiring manager. The process was not stressful and was very educational in learning about the company and the position itself.

Long and drawn out. The initial stages were good, with two initial telephone interviews then a face to face interview, at which point I was offered the position and financial packages were discussed and offered. However, I was informed I had to have a further three telephone interviews. After wasting approximately 9 hours on phone interviews and travelling 2 hours each way to the one on one interview, I was then informed that the one on one interviewer wasn't permitted to offer me the role despite being the manager and who I would be working directly for and that the head office were looking for someone with a different skill set. Good job I hadn't handed in my notice.
