I got a call from HR and he scheduled a manager round to check, if my and their expectations are aligned. After discussion, they moved to next onsite interview round .
Rounds:
1. HR told about the process and feedback process etc.
2. In next, Manager round, he briefed about the existing products and future projects etc.
3. In next round, An architect asked about my experiences and products I have worked in with architecture details etc on white board.
4. In next round, A QA person asked about qa related my understanding and significance of qa etc in projects. She asked about how supporting, I'm towards the qa processes etc. It seemed to me that she have had bad experiences working with developers.
5. In next round, another developer asked same project etc details. In between asking questions he lost somewhere in his personal stuff and forget what he was taking about and when he realised he is in interview and said sorry for that.
6. In next round a Junior developer also tasked about my profile and projects and her many their problems she might be facing at her day to day work.
7. Head took interview and he seemed to be very casual to me by his body language. He asked a few questions about projects etc.
Almost every one in irrespective of senior or junior took interview. It took my 5+ hours .
Finally I left for the day.
I think they don't have a selection process and if you are there almost every body in team will end up taking your interview irrespective of sr/jr.
Rejection reason: "You have a great background, but after careful consideration, the manager has decided to pass"
