I applied and was contacted the same day for an in person meeting that was scheduled for the following day. The interviewer said it would be a brief sit down to discuss my work, so I dressed business casual as a formal interviewed was not implied. I came in and filled out an application and talked about my portfolio for about 15 minutes. The interviewer said they would be hiring a couple positions soon and asked a few times what I wanted to be making. I eventually wrote down a number and the "interview" was ended shortly after. I followed up with a thank you email and then again a week later with a phone call and email and haven't heard anything back.
