There was a telephonic round, an assignment and then whatsapp video interview. Spent 2 days working on the assignment, the Director/CEO also praised it over the video call. I expected everything g to work out in the end but unfortunately (or fortunately for me) did not get selected for the last round. I honestly have no idea what went wrong. They should let the candidate know the reason for not selecting them, our time is just as important as yours, if you are wasting it at least we deserve to know why. Their loss. Maybe they were looking for a mediocre candidate. They still are.
