Neat and clean, simple and straight to the point. No difficulty. Mention past job experience and future goal in the company. There were some minor tests to do, but overall not complex. Just be straight forward and get it done.

1 to 1, since it is a small company, the CEO will be the one who questions, 1 hour of paper exams, mostly technical questions for developer, and some IQ questions. Interviewer will ask for background, your interest, and the game you like to play. Do mention about the game the company develop if you play it.
