Buuuut I asked for a week to give my current employer time to replace me and proceeded to spend two weeks waiting on them to get back to me only to then lowball offer $14.50 when I already make $14 at my current job and had communicated that me moving companies was dependent on their ability to offer competitive pay, Considering to get my degree I spent thousands of dollars, I expect positions that require specialized skills to pay like it. If I wanted $14/hr I would work at McDonalds.
