iCanvas interview questions

Two rounds of in-person interviews and a project as the final interview. Very conversational and comfortable setting. Some behavioral questions, but mainly a discussion with the goal of getting to know you and your interest in art and design.

This interview process was huge waste of time. I interviewed 3 times with two different people. The final two interviews were with the same person who was unfocused and disinterested . In between the second and third interviews, I was asked to work on a time-consuming project as a sample. The third interview was her just breaking apart everything I did "wrong" or outside of their style guide, which wasn't shared with me. I was then ghosted after multiple follow-ups, after being told this was the final round of interviews. I had invested 6+ hours of time, unpaid, into face-time with this company for them to behave incredibly unprofessionally.
