Quite smooth process with HR manager coming first and the principal of the school second. Very respectful people who support your arrival to China all the time! The usual topics they ask are: your expectations, life, reasons to come to China etc.

After applying for the position I quickly got a response and had an interview scheduled. The interview was conducted online with both HR and Principal. They both asked questions and were eager to answer my questions as well.

Multiple video interviews. First with Foreign Affairs, then with campus principle, then finally with my campus foreign manager who would be directly in charge of running my schedule. They also spent time going through job descriptions and campus responsibilities.

Interview
Regular interview process, with no surprises. First there was a Skype interview with HR and then another call with HR plus the FTM of the preferred city's head campus as we were in different countries at the time.
