informal. had an alcohol bottle on the desk. just asked for my experience while checking her phone was just looking for free work. no one was really dressed up nice in the office, so it was a casual thing which was cool but when asked if there was a dress code, she said to look nice.... interesting since i saw previous photos of interns wearing flipflops and shorts.
