hawkeye interview questions

I applied online and took few days to get initial interview setup. The prescreen was through a senior recruiter where I got learn the company and how it was acquired. My issue is my resume was passed along to the actual team and they stated I did not have enough experience which makes no sense when I have over 10+ years in the industry. Don't have recruiters who have no knowledge in our marketing space to vet out applicants makes no sense - big waste of our time asking questions when they don't know the answer. We are also interviewing you as well and shows how not a fit your company can be which the more negatives you get here the less people will be applying.

Reviewed over my resume and asked me about my projects/ skills. She also asked me if I could obtain a clearance or not. Still waiting to go a second round of the interview.
