Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We appreciate your feedback regarding the interview process. To clarify, our customer service interview typically consists of two steps: the first is a 30-minute conversation with HR, where we cover the company, the role, and your experience at a high level. This is followed by a one-hour interview with the hiring manager and COO, focusing on more role-specific questions. We believe this structured approach helps us assess candidates thoroughly while ensuring a good fit for both the candidate and our team. We understand that the process can feel lengthy, but it is designed to help us find the best match for our culture and values. Thank you again for your insights, and we wish you all the best in your career journey!
