The interview process began with a 1:1, followed with a phone interview and another 1:1 with the VP of Sales. When I pulled up to the facility, I was surprised by the location. It is a giant warehouse that is the "corporate office". I was not impressed. Then walking in The first thing that hit me was the awful smell. Then I scanned the room that housed several employees. Here I was in my professional attire, and everyone in the office looked as if they rolled out of bed. The VP of sales sits right in the middle of this converted warehouse. It was just odd. Then the interview began at a table in the middle of this room with everyone able to listen. It just seemed unprofessional. Then the questions began. These were some of the most inappropriate questions I have ever been asked!
