I applied online in June 2019. I was contacted by phone at the end of the month, to schedule a first phone interview, where I was asked to introduce myself and show language skills (English and partly German). Then, an interview with the HR Team was scheduled, in which personality and attitude questions were asked. Third and last interview was about a case study, where I had to present my business proposals.
