I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at eworks (Fort Worth, TX) in Sep 2013
Interview
It was a new site, so it was relatively easy to get the job. The woman who hired me was a positive and refreshing person and didn't ask to see my resume. The training wasn't difficult and the site was pretty well kept. The least invasive and nerve-wracking interview and hiring process I've ever had.

There were no difficult or unexpected questions. It was extremely simple and to the point.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at eworks (Chicago, IL)
Interview
They hire you on the spot. I went and applied online and they called me that same day to schedule an interview. I came in and they asked me if I wanted to start working that same day.

Question 1
They tell you about their company and start that same day.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at eworks in May 2014
Interview
The "interview" is not really an interview at all. The manager will tell you the job requirements and ask if you are interested. Are you interested? Congratulations! You're in. The job is easy and the interview reflects the fact that they have insane turnover. But honestly, I don't understand why the turnover is so high because the job is so straightforward.
