2nd Technical-cum-HR Interview -small 10 minute meeting got toknow about absurd 3 years bond
Final HR Interview - On Telephone ( lot of discussion on bond )

Interview
The process was easy but long. The people there beat around the bush rather than straight questions. My interview was perfect in my point i answered each of their questions in a bold and assured manner. The result: I get a call next day from my consultant stating that i haven't been selected. Reason: The expected me to be cheerful during the panel interview. I felt that is a stupid reason because no fresher is cheerful on his first interview especially when facing a panel. Overall just a waste of time and efforts.
