      Interview

      The interview process was smooth and well organized. It consisted of an initial screening discussion followed by a couple of rounds focusing on customer management, communication skills, stakeholder handling, and situational scenarios. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and gave candidates enough opportunity to explain their experience and approach to customer success. The overall process was transparent, and communication was timely throughout.
